"Hello, I'm Kate and I'm the founder, wellbeing enthusiast and practicing team member for Cotswold Mobile Massage!​
​
Over the past decade, I've dedicated myself to the Cotswold community, establishing my original massage business, KB Holistic Massage, that eventually evolved into Cotswold Mobile Massage. What started as a solo endeavour, soon flourished into something far greater than I had envisioned. As demand for our services soared, I expanded the team with local therapists who shared my passion for quality massage and cared about delivering exceptional client experiences. Maintaining high standards has always been paramount to me, and this gradual growth allowed me to ensure we uphold our commitment to excellence.

Now, after a decade of growth, we have a core team of ten practitioners, with an additional four therapists in our reserves team. This natural evolution of the business was not something I had envisioned at the start of my massage career, and so I am very proud and thankful for the success of the business as it stands today, along with our ability to create well-paid local work, and complementary supplementary training for our therapy team.

Training with Kate
Kate offers complementary supplementary training and mentorship with all her team, to aid in their professional development as well as to uphold our reputation for excellence.

She also organises professional therapist "swap" days where a space is hired and professional therapists attend to exchange massage treatments for the day. This is great socially but is also a chance to learn, observe, network and most importantly - receive some massage!
​
Over lockdown 1.0, Kate devised a series of live video tutorials on Facebook called Massage with me! These were designed for total beginners, so that whilst massage therapy was off the cards, clients could still learn how to treat each other at home. This was a great success and the videos are still available for watching via the CMM Facebook page.

Kate launched the first of her Body Paint Anatomy workshops in 2020 which were unfortunately cut short by the outbreak of Corona Virus. These workshops are excellent not only for therapists to scrub up on their knowledge of muscle anatomy, but also anyone working with or interested in human form - artists, PTs, yoga or Pilates instructors...
